Founder's Statement
Saraphina Minde
Saraphina Minde is the founder and creative director of Kisheru Africa, a nature-rooted platform building immersive outdoor experiences, sustainability-driven initiatives, conscious commerce, and 360° strategic communication across Africa.
Born and raised at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, Saraphina developed a deep connection to nature and community early in life — a foundation that now shapes the structure and vision of Kisheru Africa.
Since launching the platform in 2023, she has grown Kisheru from a single immersive gathering into a multidisciplinary ecosystem integrating curated outdoor experiences, environmental action through Kisheru for the Planet, conscious retail via Kisheru Safari Boutique, and strategic storytelling services for purpose-driven brands.
Her work sits at the intersection of culture, sustainability, and creative entrepreneurship, with a focus on building intentional communities and strengthening local creative economies.
Saraphina's long-term vision is to scale Kisheru Africa into one of the continent's leading platforms for cultural innovation, experiential engagement, and conscious impact.
